I first started meditation practice when I discovered Yoga. Every year, I keep learning more techniques, and from that, I learn myself better and how to grow into a wholesome being. Incorporating meditation into Yoga makes the practice complete, in a mind and body connection aspect.
Since music studies have been a significant part of my childhood, I am grateful to discover how healing and powerful sound can be in attaining a meditative state. By bringing these two of my passions together, I hope all of you can take off a journey of healing, self-discovery, transcendent, and full of joy.

tranquil & unique singing bowl experience
I joint Minnie’s singing bowls meditation class on a full moon day and it was my first experience. I hesitated at first because of the higher pitches of crystal singing bowls. Probably it was Minnie’s calm and grounded vibe has given me assurance that I should give it a try. And it turned out to be an incredible experience with Minnie’s guidance in the different breathing practices to ground, to focus on myself, and to relax and surrender to any feelings rising in the experience. It was beautiful and I felt rejuvenated after. Also I like the other very organic musical instruments a lot!

She’s also knowledgable in a wide range of topics such as tantra, prenatal, vipassana and sound meditation.
