Hi friends! I’m Winnie and this is my tenth year teaching yoga. I’ve travelled and taught in Taipei, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Maldives, Bali, and Copenhagen. I started my first yoga studio in 2019 and I’m proud to call it my passion for life.

A little bit of timeline

2015 completed my first RYT200

2016 full time freelance in Taipei

2017 worked as in-house yoga instructor in Maldives

2018 relocated to Copenhagen & Bali

2019 started my own studio in Taipei

2020 opened my second studio in Taipei

Currently I specialize in Vinyasa Flow and Inside Flow. For those who aren’t familiar with Inside Flow, it is a unique system that blends music, yoga movements, and storytelling into a main song. All the build up movements and music during class help create the mood and energy for the theme song of the class.

The beauty of Inside Flow is that it is accessible to all levels. Instead of pure strength and flexibility, Inside Flow trains you to stay focused and coordinated throughout the class. Another thing I love about Inside Flow is that you are expressing all kinds of emotions (from joy to heartbreak) while on the mat. We laugh, we cry, and grow together as a community!
