Self realisation
I am excited to announce my next retreat “Yama – Beyond Asana” taking place in the beautiful island of KYOTO.
My practice is was quite transformative over the as I can constatnly look for hard to come by spaces whihc are near nature and offers a peaceful enviorment. Through such surroundings, it has propelled my journey of self-realization. This land and its energy are indescribable, and I want to share this with each of you.
The goal of this retreat is to gain “Dharma” yogic knowledge, aligning you on the righteous path of cultivating the Self. No one’s journey is the same but through self-realization, you will be able to access your higher self and make better decisions in your life. When this knowledge becomes your wisdom, you will no longer have to suffer and learn the same lessons repeatedly.
The elements I want to bring to this retreat are the Sun, Breath, and Mountain. The Sun is always warm and giving, the Mountain is healing, the Breath is our life force, and the Sound is the wisdom within.
As you know, Yoga is a lifestyle to me, and I’m excited to create a space where we can learn to embody it’s true teachings in every moment. So, in this retreat, we will deepen our understanding of yoga knowledge, practice asana, meditate, journey deeper into ourselves with breathwork, heal, have fun, and build deep bonds with one another.
As we want to keep our group small, we only have a limited number of spots available. Reach out to me for more information or you can book directly on bmnyc.co.
See you on this Journey!
A maximum of 8 people (space is very limited)
Nestled in a hidden grove on the outskirts of Kyoto, this enchanting glamping retreat offers an immersive escape into nature and tranquility. Surrounded by lush greenery and the gentle murmur of a nearby stream, the space is designed to harmonize with the serene beauty of the Japanese landscape.
As dawn breaks, the soft light filters through the trees, inviting guests to awaken their senses with a morning yoga session. Guided by experienced instructors, participants flow through gentle poses, embracing the stillness of the forest and the crisp, fresh air. Each inhale draws in the essence of nature, while each exhale releases the stresses of daily life.
After yoga, guests can indulge in the art of meditation, finding stillness in a cozy nook adorned with cushions and blankets. The sounds of nature create a soothing backdrop, allowing minds to quiet and hearts to open. Following this, the practice of Yoga Nidra offers a deeper exploration of relaxation, guiding participants into a state of conscious sleep, where they can rejuvenate their spirits and connect with their inner selves.
Journaling becomes a sacred ritual here, with journals provided for guests to express their thoughts, dreams, and reflections amidst the tranquil surroundings. The act of writing becomes a form of meditation, a way to manifest intentions and cultivate gratitude.
The retreat also features a traditional onsen, where guests can soak in natural hot springs, allowing the mineral-rich waters to cleanse both body and mind. The outdoor baths, framed by bamboo and stone, create an idyllic atmosphere for relaxation and contemplation.
Culinary experiences are elevated with a focus on farm-to-table dining. Each meal is a celebration of local ingredients, prepared with care and creativity. Guests savor vibrant, seasonal dishes that nourish the body and spirit, connecting them to the land from which the food originates.
As day turns to night, the retreat transforms into a magical space, illuminated by lanterns and the soft glow of fire pits. Conversations flow easily, laughter dances in the air, and the stars twinkle overhead, reminding everyone of the beauty of this secret sanctuary in Kyoto.
This retreat is not just a getaway; it’s a journey toward wellness, self-discovery, and a deeper connection with nature. Whether practicing yoga, soaking in the onsen, or enjoying a meal crafted with love, every moment spent here is a step toward rejuvenation and inner peace.
