Gene’s Reviews
Letting go of my worst fear
Your lessons really grow in me.. you know I have not been dating for 3 years.. because I choose to be alone and not afraid of loneliness anymore just embracing it till I found the right one.. not going to settle for less just because I’m scared of being alone
Then if others treating me bad, I’ll forgive them and see it as maybe they have trauma so they are behaving in a way to protect themselves and that cause them to hurt me but I am not hurt but see it as they are hurting and I try to be understanding
I no longer fear to be alone so I won’t settle down for less and I love myself more and I finally know what is love myself and prioritize, my needs then giving into people because I fear of losing them
And I want to thank you for teaching me and I think I made the right decision to have worked on myself and is the best investment and help me throughout this three years
Basically be more self-aware be more open minded don’t be judging don’t take things too hard and let things go and don’t have on it and have bad and don’t be unhappy about it.
I wanna continue the lesson with you when I have more time. Let it be part 2
Self Realisation Retreat Bali
Like the garden looks better than before because i can use the space to practice. I rarely have temper these days But feels like while gaining inner peace, lose lots of joy
Bali Retreat Self Realisation
Thank you for the arrangements. I’ve started a journey I’ve never thought I would have been through in the past years. I believe the starting point is that you’ve made me feel attached with dogs😉. This amazed me. I realized this is the energy and strength of coming out of comfort zone and getting ready for the changes.
I’m not good at sharing but it doesn’t mean I don’t think. I enjoyed the Dharma talks though I always forgot the names of the term🤪. I enjoy being pushed and extending the limit with your support during the practice. It makes me feel that I’m alive and growing stronger. Of course the concert, the sound healing session, the breathtaking session, the team mates, the foods and drinks, the wonderful duck dry rice 😋 , made my days at Bali wonderful!☀️
I would focus on the three things in the coming months and see how changes are going:
Get rid of the obsessions. Go through the process and enjoy it
I’m good enough. I deserve better.
Hold on the most difficult Yoga poses.
Time passes quickly. Time to realize dreams and fulfill myself.
It’s more than yoga
It has been an incredible journey to learn, practice, retreat with Gene. At his class, not only I can find power, but also numerous touching moments. I start to look inward in the quest of my spirituality. The best experience of all would be the Bali retreat. All activities are well planned and it’s really the lifestyle I want to live, surf & yoga. Gene shared in-depth and real-life yoga knowledge with us during the trip, which I continue to practice in my daily life. Thank you again for all the joy and peace you brought to my life!
An incredible teacher and mentor
Gene is one of the most compassionate individuals I’ve had the honor to meet and learn from. He leads with heart, integrity, joy, and truth. His teachings of yoga go beyond the mat and touch upon integral aspects of wellbeing including relationships, self-love, purpose, healing and presence. Attending his classes propelled not only my yoga practice but also my spiritual path. Gene’s teachings and mentorship have been a life raft for me as I navigated challenging experiences in my life. I can’t speak highly enough of him!
